Our Services

We manufacture Interlining fabric and provide Mercerising and Calendering of all types of Cloth. These processes help give fine finishing to products, maintaining the quality and standards of industry.

interlinings

Interlining is one of the accessories that is used between the two layers of fabric in a garment. To keep the different component or part of apparel in a desired shape, a kind of fabric is used between the two ply of fabric by sewing or fusing.

Mercerising

Mercerising is one of the treatments for cellulosic material, typically cotton threads, that strengthens them and gives them a lustrous appearance. The process is less frequently used for linen and hemp threads.

Calendering

Calendering of textiles is a finishing process used to smooth, coat, or thin a material. With textiles, fabric is passed between calender rollers at high temperatures and pressures. Calendering is used on fabrics such as moire to produce its watered effect and also on cambric and some types of sateens.

coating

A coated fabric is a fabric covered with polymers, rubber, varnish or lacquer. Coated fabrics are mainly used in various articles, for example, in the printing, garment, and furniture industries and sometimes also used for medical purpose

OUR PRODUCTS

Interlining is one kind of accessories that is used between the two layers of fabric in a garment. To keep the different component or part of apparel in a desired shape, a kind of fabric is used between the two ply of fabric by sewing or fusing is called interlining. A fusible interlining is thin layer made from woven, knitted or non-woven material bonded mechanically or thermally which when fused with fabric panel can give reinforcement, durability and can also stabilize and makes sewing work easier while sewing.

Interlining fabrics have a wide range of applications: shirt collars, cuffs, trouser belt rolls, ethnic wear, formal and casual suits as well as industrial applications in processes like embroidery.

The facility is centrally located and has advantages in terms of easy accessibility, availability of transportation of raw materials, well established communication facilities and availability of adequate skilled and semi-skilled labour force.
